The Discovery Education 3M Young Scientist Challenge invites students in grades 5–8 to create a one- to two-minute video that offers a unique solution to an everyday problem.
Sponsored by Project Paradigm and the American Red Cross, the Paradigm Challenge is intended to inspire youth to use STEM skills, as well as kindness, creativity, and collaboration, to make a difference. The challenge is to generate new ideas to reduce waste in homes, schools, communities, and around the world.
Expii.com is a free interactive website focused on math and science, where students, teachers, tutors, and enthusiasts are encouraged to add their voices and teaching styles to the canon of problem-solving lessons hosted on the site.
GlobalCOlab (GCL) connects students and educators from different cultures and religions from around the world to crosscut disciplines, curricula, and traditional subjects and empowers participants through student-led and student-created topics. These topics are based around global issues affecting each student’s community.
