Through innovative and experiential education programs for K–12 students from under-resourced communities, Learning Undefeated sparks interest in STEM careers, building the workforce that will drive the innovation economy and bridging school, community, health, and business.
Learning Undefeated’s resources for educators include a fleet of mobile laboratories that travel from school to school, bringing professional-grade scientific equipment and immersive learning experiences to K–12 students. Standards-aligned digital STEM learning resources for grades 6–12, developed for teachers to use in their own digital classrooms, address topics in biology, chemistry, environmental science, earth and space science, genetics, health, and more. Short video experiments are designed for students to complete at home with common household materials. Curriculum for K–8 includes hands-on engineering design challenges, along with lesson plans, assessments, and PowerPoint slides for all activities.
“Let’s Talk STEM,” a guest speaker program for all grades, brings STEM professionals into the classroom in a fast-paced, talk show–style format. A comprehensive library of 10- to 15-minute videos, built for teachers, allows students to learn how real challenges are addressed in business, government, nonprofits, and academic institutions. “Generation Health,” a middle school (grades 6–8) program, makes science personal by focusing on healthy-living messaging. And a video series, “STEM Rockstars,” features young professionals from diverse backgrounds who are working to make a difference in science, business, medicine, engineering, and technology fields. All of Learning Undefeated’s programming is free for teachers and schools.
